Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item(s).
Return Costs: Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
Secure Packaging: To ensure a safe return, please securely package your item(s) to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipment.
Item Condition: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Easy Steps to Return:
- Contact Us: Start your return by reaching out to our customer service team. They’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Securely: Return the item(s) in their original packaging, if available. Make sure they are securely packed to prevent damage.
- Ship Back: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund. Please note that the refund will exclude the original shipping and handling charges.
