  3. Safe Return: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.
  4. Inspected Items Only: We thoroughly inspect all returned items. Any items that are found to be damaged, worn, altered, or without their original packaging will not be accepted for return.

  • Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team. They will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Pack Securely: Pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, if possible. Ensure they are secure and protected during transport.
  • Return Shipment: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping and handling charges.
